Practice time: 15 Minutes

This is a foundational nervous system practice that helps you cultivate a deep sense of safety. This practice is best used over time in a repeated way. In this practice you’ll be guided through a visualization of an internal sanctuary of safety. This practice is essential for getting out of fight/flight/freeze/fawn states & creating a sense of internal security.
